Person driven to suicide by family members. Can the family be answerable?

I beleived that this days if the children does not support the parents in old age, the parents can take them to court. But in this case he was driven to suicide, cant the wife and children be resposible in some way. I am not talking about being charge for murder but may be the family court or any other authority can sent a message to other families of such a case.
