Click on

Tools --> Options --> Mail Format --> Signatures --> New

You can setup more than one signature

Unless you have an "Insert Picture" option, in Outlook, where you can insert a scanned copy of your hand-written signature, I don't think this is possible with Outlook.

However, you can do this with Incredimail which is a free downloadable e-mail Client, like Outlook, [Basic version, that is].

1. Scan your signature and save it.
2. Go to tools
3. Select options
4. Signature
5. Select the file that you want to use as signature

OR

1. Open frontpage and insert your signature
2. Go to message
3. Send message using ....
4. Select stationary
5. Select the html page that has your signature....

you are done.....

It depends which email service u are using. Most of them have it in Options or Settings. Its easy to locate Try and find out

You can either create your signature on paper and scan it in, or you can get a digitizer (such as a tablet) and sign your name on that.

I'd personally never do any such thing. I'd be worried that someone would take that image and paste it into a contract I never signed . . . but to each his own.

Why would you want to do that?

If you put your hand writting on anything and put it on the net you chance loseing everything you ever had. May as well just give your SS# and credit card # too.
