The best way to lose weight is to have fun with it. To stay active do something you enjoy doing and invite a friend. Go jogging, swimming, or whatever you like to do. Take you MP3 or musical device to make it more entertainging while running. What me and a friend of mine did was took turns running up and down the stairs. She ran 5 times up and down and while she did that I did sit-ups, jumping jacks, or high kicks. Then when she was done we switched and she exercised while I ran up and down the stairs. We continued that for about 30 minutes and its such a great workout. Whenever your watching tv walk or run in place during it. Its better than sitting there doing nothing. I love to dance so dance to music for 20 minutes without stopping. Try to move with the beat and it will be fun. Or even better, make up a dance! Then show it off. With all this you need a good diet. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies. Along with white meat, wheat bread, skim milk, special k cereal, etc. Also chew gum to curve cravings. Taking a chidrens chewable vitamin daily is good too.

Cut on food and in the morning drink one cup of water with honey before eating breakfast. This method is really helped me
