Is it posible to gain weight from eating 10 apricots a night?
Or tomatoes, peaches, or nectarins?

Weight gain is determined by how many calories you eat compared to how many calories you burn. So it depends on how much you are eating in addition to the apricots. If you eat 3500 more calories than you burn, you will gain one pound. But if you eat too many apricots or other fruit, you are likely to get diarrhea from eating so much fiber.

Well....what is the benefit of eat 10 of those fruits? Too much of anything is bad for you. Give your body variety. It relies on that. Plus, you'll get sick and tired of the same thing 10 times in the day!

It's really important to have a wide variety of foods in your diet. you need vitamins and minerals that those 4 fruits alone can't provide. It's good to watch what you eat but make sure you get all foods on the food pyramid.

Fruits are simple sugars and turn to fat quickly. Ten pieces of fruit in one night is quite a bit. So I would say yes.

try to lengthen the time u eat between each one. and u should not have a problem.

if thats all your eating then no, but if you have other things through out the day then yes it is possible.
