You need to get moving to revitalize yourself. It is wonderful that you toOK care of your spouse. It is ok to move on now and take care of you. You have needs that haven't been met and you need to fulfill them. If you have forgotten how, then you need to join some type of organization that puts people together. Like a church or dance class or something that does more than put you in situations with other widows. You need to move on.
