(im 14, hes 15)
okay so we are taking school together and he talks to me a lot, kinda, but im the kinda girl who pushes things further, so i talk to him a lot too. and my friend is always joking about how he likes me and he never really like DENYS it strongly. its like a "oh are you kidding? haha" thing. but hes not like "OH HECK NO!" and stuff like that. and earlier he was listening to my ipod w/ me and hes like "you have noo good songs on here" and he promised to bring his CD's. BUT he also talks to my friend just like he talks to me. he was talking to my friend and they were betting i would slip and fall while trying to hit a baseball and they looked really happy talking about me... but he does smile at me and try to make me laugh in his own weird way... but you gotta remember he kinda does this to my friend, too!
so what do you think?

I think he is a charmer, and a flirtatious young man. Usually these kind of guys likes to joke with all the girls. He probaly does have a crush on you, and probaly someone else too. Most guys are sometimes confused, and just don't pay themselves or there emotions any attention. What I would do is test him. By not paying him any attention and talking to other guys to see if he gets uneasy about it. Don't be surprise if he tries to do the same thing back to you. If he does do it he really does llike you. If he does not he is just a flirtatious guy.

If he jokes about liking you, it means he thinks about liking you, and if he's a guy and he's your friend he already likes you and doesn't know how to express it to you. Humor and laughter are easy escapes from nervous/awkward situations. You should just make a move. Then you'll know for sure. If he's cool about it and just wants to stay friends he'll tell you, if he just blows you off or gets made at you that's okay too. If he stays mad at you, he wasn't your friend to begin with.

As any guy does at that age, he's just covering all his bases. In case he does leave you, he has a back up - it could also be that he's readying to leave you... Don't back down, be yourself and try to challenge him a bit, guys don't need to be spoon fed everything, even though most don't get hints... Have fun, remember, there are plenty of chances for dating - you're only 14!!

usually wen guys so stuff like this, they like you. if a guy is making fun of / picking / teasing u, that means they like u. he's just realli good at denying it.
