no he is just building up the coarage on what to do next and what to say next it happens with most guys hey my boy friend took two weeks to get back to me via sms because he had no credit on his phone i was so happy worth the wait i almost dated someone else int he mean time but its ok 3 days give it a week if no answer than just try moving on and see what happens

just call it off if you don't really like this guy.
but if you think that he is something, maybe you should ask him (but not being so aggresive) about what took him so long. he is ur bf rite????
