Packaging stated Windows98 but the programming demands Windows98 SP1. Camera is useless now.

Digital Camera Style # 80379. It has become useless (if I can't get them to come through for me) because I don't need a webcam. I went by the packaging that stated that it was compatible for Windows 98 (not Windows 98 SP1). I already have pics on there (thinking it would work with my comp) and no memory card (can't afford one of those yet). Hence useless!

We cannot tell you why Sakar hasn't answered, but maybe we could help with your product problem.

What product is it?

Why is your camera useless?

Email me if you like.

I doubt Sakar will be able to help you out. Windows 98 is relatively "old" now. Have you ever updated your Windows 98? This is something you should do anyways, to enhance your security online. If not, click here:

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

This will take you to the automatic update page. Some of these updates are fairly large, so I hope you have a fast internet connection. Once these updates are installed, and you have rebooted your computer, try installing your Sakar software again. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
