i'm willing to doubt it, considering that weight can be lost or gained over time, while penis length is fairly constant

but if you're too heavy, it probably doesn't matter the size of the wave, coz no one wants to swim in an ocean of fat!

It sort of does. Your penis doesnt technically get smaller when you get bigger it is that it is hidden behind the fat in a way. Say you are really really big, you are not going to see much of your penis even though it could be like 8 inches. It is a hard thing to explain with out drawing a picture or something... Think of it like this, if you are skinny you see the entire penis because you dont have layers of fat over your pelvis which is where your penis starts... as soon as you start adding on layers of fat it hides the part closest to your pelvis that you would have been able to see if you were thin.

Weight does not affects penis size but it may affects your sex life.

Put on 40 to 60 lbs and you'll find out.

Your penis size is the same whether your fat or skinny, but if your belly fat extends down to your bladder, you'll have bladder fat, then your penis will be surrounded by fat. Your penis will appear smaller, sounds like you're worried about your little penis being sucked out of visual range because of fat.

The length from the ligaments to the tip is obviously unchanged, but layers of fat definitely affect the length adversely. I lost a stone and my wife was over the moon. I was pretty happy with the result also.
