go to a local herb store and ask for A CHILL PILL there is really such a thing and it's awesome. there are also other liquid alternatives that are just as nice . I use to do then when I first moved to a larger city after driving home cause i couldn't deal with the stress of so many cars on the road and wondering whether or not i'd make it home safely

I am also allergic to marijuana, a fact I learned while spending time with a policeman who was training his K-9 to sniff out illegal substances. As a medical student I can't recommend that anyone smoke marijuana, in fact I encourage everyone to seek relaxation and relief from stress WITHOUT the use of substances, be they controlled or otherwise.

Instead, try finding an activity that you can do on your own, or in a small group, that is quiet and that you enjoy. Yoga, or meditation are great examples. Prayer is another great alternative, one that I find to be especially helpful.

As well, if you are so inclined masturbation, or consesual sex with a secure, and involved partner can be therapeutic. This is of course if the relationship in which the sex occurs is safe, comfortable, and healthy itself.

Good luck finding relief from your stress. Remember that there is always a way. If you feel that you are overly stressed, or that there are things in your life that are going out of control, or you believe that you may have depression, go see your physician.

Well apart from the fact that it is illegal it does do a good job of stress relief. Now a natural way of relieving stress, Umm I think there is a natural herb that will help however I can't remember what it's name is and it is on the tip of my tongue.

You might want to do a google search on the topic that might help.

Sucks to be you.

But you already know that.

If weed does not work for you, just drink wine. Not only is it legal, but it is tastey if you get the right stuff - cheeper, and all natural - just fruit and yeast - for thousands of years.

OR if you don't want to self medicate - you could do the unthinkable and deal with your problems and fix them so that you life is less stress-filled.

As odd as it may sound, potatoes have some anti-anxiety benefit.

However, the only experience that may be on par with what you are allergic too would be hypnosis or meditation/guided meditation.

Or, have a good massage on a regular basis.
