1. he doresn't care enough about you....or/and
2. he's not the one to take responsibility....or/and
3. he's afraid to talk to you(?why,... i don't know girl)...or/and
4. he's using you...or/and
5. he has better things to do...or/and
6. he forgot,(i know but guys do that a lot)

Well...you didn't say how much time has passed...but don't read too much into it unless it goes into days. Maybe he's just really busy!
