Can't I have both? Sometimes it is nice to be in control, but its also nice to just follow someones lead. If I had to pick one or the other, I would pick aggressive because I tend to be a bit indecisive.

Neither is healthy. I like being assertive. That way you can have respect for others as well as yourself.
