I believe that Christ was an important man with a message - but he himself says he is the son of god and we are all god's children. He was just a person like you or me.

When I think of god I think of the energy that makes this universe go - more a force than a person. I believe that force is in everyone of us. I think we come here to learn a specific lesson and I think we choose every aspect of our existence, down to the time we are born. I think we are here to rely upon ourselves and to use our minds to guide the universal energy that creates our life each and every day - and we are here on a mission to learn something that can only be learned here on earth. I think when we are done we return home - to god.

That is what I believe. Why? Because it is the only thing that makes sense to me. In all the questioning and exploring and discussing - this is what I have come up with as the most plausible and the one that gives me the most peace.

I don't like the idea of person up there, leading me around like a doll. It makes the whole existence seem pointless. It seems meaningless to live 70 years and die and rot in a box - but so does it seem meaningless to go and play in heaven for ALL of ETERNITY (what a waste of time).Of course that is just me.

I'm dedicated to the Norse Gods. Why? Cause They've done a lot more for me than Christ ever did and there are too many teachings in Christianity that I don't agree with.

Well, I believe Christ may have lived but I do not believe he is the only path to salvation. I believe all religions have some basis of the divinity in them. I find it hard to believe that any supreme being would put us all on earth, want us to be different and only have one true path to salvation.

Most people on earth do NOT believe in the christ, as you do. Religion is man's attempt to understand the inexplainable and provide order and meaing to their lives. Though well-intentioned and partly worthwhile, it's so obvious that much of it is make-believe.

I believe in myself and my ability to live a good moral life. I don't need a book telling me how to live life in order to ascend to Heaven. There is no written manual to tell you how to live life, you have to live life as life should be lived. There are so many people out there using the name of God who live the life of the Devil.

I live a good, rich (mind and soul), loving life because this is how I am and I don't need anyone telling me what is right or wrong. I know what is right and what is wrong.

I am Wiccan, it is a Neo-Pagan religion. When I was younger and attended church with my family (my family is Roman Catholic), I never really seemed to care about God. He never did anything for me anyways. Even when I did try to care and get his attention, it just wasn't working out. I currently have found the best religion suited to me because I feel good and connected with my gods.
