Are there any other Latter Day Saints here?
BTW am i the only one who doesnt like being
called a mormon ?

I prefer being called a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, because it reminds people that we follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, and we are Christians. But, the name is a little long, and after the real name is acknowledged I don't really mind the nickname. A lot of great men have boldly stood up for being called a Mormon, and were not ashamed of it.

I grew up in the church but left a while back. It never bothered me to be called a Mormon. Some of my family and friends are Mormon and none of them seem to care. I don't think it is a big deal. There are a lot worse things you could be called.

I am LDS, but I take being called 'Mormon' as a compliment. Im proud of everything the label stands for (at least, what's TRUE) and i'm happy that I am what I am!

yeah, being called a mormon can be anoying but I think I've given up arguing the point.

It is not the name that matters...if you can be an example to others, a light to follow, what difference does it make as long as they know who you are.

I'm LDS or as people call us Mormons but i call myself Christian. but it dont bother me what people call me it is what i believe in that's what counts.
