So your problem is with a pet store? You need to call the Attorney General's office in your area so that they can get you going in the right direction. What you actually have is a Consumer Law issue and that is the kind of attorney you want to find. You can find them in the yellow pages. I do suggest you make the call as above and report with the Better Business Bureau. Best of luck to you, I hope your pets are well.
