just let it go in 1 ear and out the other look at it this way they brag about what they have and do etc but the big question is HOW HAPPY ARE THEY

I would tell them that I am happy for them, and that its not important to me, where they have been, what they have, or how much they have accumulated through life. Thier status in life isnt important to me, as I have my own life to live, and thier daughter to live it with.

I would wish them well, and ask them to keep thier fame and accomplishments to themselves as I am simply not interested. I do not need some one to brag to me, how important they are, because they are not important to me, only whom I married, which happens to be related to them, and I will thank them for bringing her up as a good child that she is and a good wife, (if thats the case or good husband), and tell them that I am building a life with her and I would appreciate it if they would keep thier bluster down in front of my children, because I cant afford all that stuff and my kids will never get the priveledge of being in all the places, so, in order to promote harmony, please keep it quiet!

I wish you well..

Jesse

People that need to brag about this crap have little or no self-esteem, and need to feel superior to others----just let them rant, or look at your phone or watch and say, "Whoops! Look at the time! Something in the oven/fridge/dryer/daycare!"

Drink. A lot. Smile. Think about all the crap you'll inherit when they die. Do not voice your opinion! Drink some more. Go home and thank God they're not YOUR parents!

Just be polite and smile. They may not even be aware of what they are doing. Don't sweat the small stuff.
