When I was young I sat far away from the front that I could get. For the last 5 years I love to sit on the front row or at least within the first few rows. I don't think it should matter where you sit, it does not make you a better Christian if your sitting in the first chair or the very last one. God knows your heart and that is all that counts!

It depends. My church fills up quickly and the ushers direct our seating. Every other Sunday,I sit with my Husband on the front row because He is an usher.

I literally sit in the very front row with my family.
(although nobody else comes within 3-4 rows typically)

I sit up front. Let me tell you why!!! Where I come from when it snows it snows and we like to go out and play in it. Well when we come back in we're cold to the bone and want to get as close
to the heat as possible. That's the same way at church I want to get as close to the "fire" as possible!!!

When I went to church I would try to find a pew without kids. They are annoying in church and don't appreciate what's going on. I like when they send them out to do the kiddie lessons. Man, they're noisy!
