Well, if you respect your man any at all you would not have this OTHER GUY over at your house. It seems like you are just ASKING for trouble, and your BF has a right to think so low of you. "Just friends" is a crock!

I just called the Punctuation Police. They're coming over with a suitcase full of periods and capital letters.

1. Your boyfriend may be paranoid, insecure, jealous. He may also be right.

2. If the ex-boyfriend wants to get back at your best friend, getting involved with you would be a good place to start.

3. The ex-boyfriend is officially in rebound mode. This is not open to discussion.

4. What will your best friend think? Even if nothing happened between you and the ex, what would your best friend think?

I've gone through this before but I'm a guy so switch the sex. Basically I just ran throw the night as I would do with an really good friend of the opposite sex that. Just lay down the rules to make sure nothing happens and convice yourself that nothing can happen. Overall if you know nothing will happen then I'm sure nothing can happen. Hope this helps.

Best to not invite the guy over, I think your best friend would be hurt and maybe will feel a little betrayed by you. I think you should listen to your boyfriend. You are inviting major drama into your life.

I think you are putting yourself in a bad situation that could backfire on you real fast. When people breakup they tend to look for comfort anywhere they can find it. With your invitation, he might take it to mean that you are willing to comfort him in more ways than one. Your best friend might think that's what you mean as well. It sure sounds like your boyfriend does too. I advise against it. Your heart might be in the right place, but your head sure isn't thinking.

guys don't want to know that you have guy friends, unless they are openly gay.guys that suffer a break-up with a girl, get that sad puppy look about them and i'm not saying you would but girls like that hurt puppy thing. i wouldn't trust him either cause when you feel sorry for him he will try to put the moves on you then where will you be.

Be careful! His emotions are a huge mess right now. Your boyfriend is at least a little right. Besides, he knows the male mind more than you do.

Trust is the most important thing in a relationship. So long as your boyfriend isn't too possessive, and you want to keep him, don't do anything to jeopordize his trust, especially to test it.
