This is a fun question. I actually have three favorites. My top favorite is tequilla - it's fast, simple and fun.
If you prefer something with a heavier taste to it, try Jagermeister. Be warned, however, it is a bit of an acquired taste.
If you have a few extra bucks, Hennesey is also a nice shot.

Serve in a rocks glass with four straws...the rules: don't hesitate, don't talk, don't think, just race your friends to the end. I only recommend one in an evening--they call it a Mind Eraser for a reason:)
