Not eating will make you fat. Our bodies still think were living in cave man days. If you dont eat your body will store EVERYTHING you do eat as fat. Keep exercising though. A lot has to do with what you eat. Stay away from pop/soda, and juices. You will notice a 10 lb weight loss in just that. Next NO CRAP FOOD. No fast food, candy, ice cream, none of that. It's alright once in a while, but only once in a while. further more, go whole grain, make sure 100%. If bread says whole wheat, it could be 1% wheat, and 99% Enriched and still claim whole wheat. If you follow this and workout you will be just fine, I promise

there is no fast way to loose weight (and keep it off long term).

Tips for long term weight loss
-eat breakfast eg granola, wheatbix with milk, toast with a small amount of spread. A big glass of water. This kickstarts your metabalism for the day
-snack on a small amount of nuts or seeds during the day eg almonds, sunflower seeds. These release energy over a longer period and therefore you feel full without your body storing the excess calories. If you snack on processed, calorie dense foods eg chocolate, soda, chips then your body digests them quicky and so all the energy is released quickly and then your body stores all the energy your body doesnt need at that time.
-drink water or diluted fruit juice instead of soda etc
-start reading nutritional information on food to find out what is in the food eg carbohydrate, sugars, fat.
-eat more - colourful food
less - processed food
- calorie dense food
- learn about the glycemic index and focus less on calories.

Not eating is not healthy, the solution is eat right.
Trying to get around doing things the hard and right way leads to failure. It also doesn't address the real issue which would be lack of self-control.

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

Surgery, take some intensive diarhectic pills to poop everything out after you eat, or puke everything out after you eat.

you can cut out sugar and sodas. replace with diet soda and artificial sweetners.
