I like key limes. Even the best tequila a citrus of some sort breaks the edge.. What I really love is Tapatia (sp) a tequila chaser(made for it) Pineapple juice is good too

I personally prefer lime. I also prefer lime when drinking drinks made with tequilla - like margaritas. While lemons are also a citrus fruit, to my taste, lime seems to better compliment the dryness of the tequilla.

I prefer lime to lemon, but an orange wedge is excellent as well.

Eh...I use to drink it straight up...BUT today i had a margarita with MORE TEQUILA than usual...and luckily they gave me a lime at the bar...it surely helped...I think it is delicious...the lemons dont see to work as good...

I keep a bottle of Jose Cuervo Gold, or Jose Cuervo 1800 in my freezer w/ frzen shot glasses. I don't like lime or lemon or salt. Sipping on frozen Cuervo or room temp. cuervo is my favorite, you don't need to slam it as a shot. I like Cuervo the best. Patron is too smooth & Agave Tequilas taste too "dirty" for me.

i prefer lime when coupled with any alcohol. but when i drink tequilla i drink real tequilla and not the cuervo crap that most think is good. i prefer Don Julio anejo and i get it in mexico. i like limes enough so that i grow them in the backyard and my neighbor likes em as well. i like limes by themselves, lemons also

I prefer Tomato Juice ( V8 ). Lick some salt, take the shot and then chase it with a little tomato juice.....It's called a BODY-BAG and it is good, the Tequila has to be JOSE and has to be COLD.
