Because Haugen said "Chavez is REALLY 40& 0! All the OTHER 40 guys was just a bunch of Tiujana taxi-cab drivers!"
(Haugen was playa hatin on Chavez's 80 wins with 0 lossess record)
Chavez got extremely offended(i THINK that he INTERPRETED as a racist comment)
So ,...in the fight Haugen got Bashed,...Julio busted his body & tko'd him with 1 or 2 Devastating Body shots
so whether or not the 40 guys Julio beat were bums or not,...Haugen STILL didnt have the juice to avoid gettin bashed!
Bottom Line: Haugen got Bashed

That a Mexican punished a Gringo, in the heart of Mexico, and made Haugen eat his words-the insults mainly brought up by Don King as a way to sell the fight in the United States, because anyone who saw that fight could agree it was a total mismatch...Chavez was just toying with him.
