I used to be a massage therapist.
Some male clients would shave their legs so as to have a comfortable massage; no hair pulled, less friction.
Athletic clients who were into sports believed shaving would enhance their performance.
To some it's about doing their best to look good or attractive.
Also, I believe male models are required to shave.

The only guys I know who shave their legs are either swimmers or bicycle couriers (no hair=more streamlined...less wind/water resistance). Other than that, I haven't noticed an unusually high number of guys with shaved legs.

Dont think so. The few guys I know that shave are bike riders or swimmers.
Oh, and my two 14 year old boys one day when they were home alone. Dad didnt care for it all.

I know what you mean I've noticed it too, specially in Europe. I guess it's all about the metrosexuals, in my opinion it's not something they need to do... But what some guys should do is removing the hair in their chests I hate it!! hehe

That's news to me.
I'd never consider shaving my legs, unless I was a swimmer, where it'd be more beneficial to do so.
