tuck it in. I always see it sticking out when a woman squats down in public or is wearing LOW RISE JEANS. Take Mr. Panties advice AND TUCK IT IN.

why does it bother you??? it doesn't bother them. i suggest you carry a small pair of scissors all the time so whenever you see a lady's panty's tag sticking out, offer to cut them off...
