Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Bentley, Honda, Lotus, Range Rover, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, notice anything, none of them are american. Bunch of fools, keep driving you Fords you very sad nation.

Because UNIONS make them pay their employees about twice more than they deserve therefore they have to use crappier materials to try and compete with non american car companies.

I tired of all your negative comments. You are a good one to talk. You have not said any thing constructive in any questions or answers. If it was not for American business you would not be on-line now. What great car production do you have in your country that the average citizen can afford, maybe a scooter. Grow up look , stop looking at every thing with tunnel vision. Your country have been a thing of the past and you may have been speaking another language.

Fool, American cars are just as good as anything else around. The prices for them are not artificially high. They are barely breaking even selling them because of the high cost of labor associated with UAW workers. They have janitors that make 60 grand a year just because they've been there forever.

B/c they're greedy...
they want to make cheap cars and then sell them for more then what those very cars are worth (that and the more you buy their parts that need replacing in the cars that break down more ensures more money to them too in the long run)

yes this is true but can you tell me why thes ford or gmc's (holdens) aren"t good i mean they are reliable as long as theya are looked after just as with any car and they get you from a to b without breaking down i mean these cars you speak of aren't to crash hot either i used to work on these cars and had nothing but problems and prefer not to even drive these cars anymore and they are to expensive

About 2/3 of the cars listed by you are total NIGHTMARES of expensive service and repairs that only the very rich are interested in owning, as they don't CARE how much it costs to own one. SORRY, but you don't know SQUAT!!

because they want to make really crappy cars and sell them for and outrageous price. my brother use to sell cars and he said dat once he really realized how over priced they r he will never buy one from America. dats y ur best bet is to go with a German made car like a Volvo or a Volkswagen. their new passats r really nice.
