I use "Motions CPR" Conditioning Treatment EVERY week. After you wash your hair, use CPR, put a plastic cap on and sit under a hooded/bonnet hard-hat dryer for 10-15 mins, then wash it out. (This is Deep Conditioning) And this is the BEST thing you can do for weak, thin, dry or damaged hair... hint *CPR (Critical Repair and Treatment). It really does seal you hair cuticles and flood them with protein and moisture. It repairs your hair and make it so much stronger and grow fast too. It also keeps your hair healthy even if it already is. It's great!!!

Also there is something called a Protein Restructurer. Perms/relaxers and other harsh treatments distroy the natural protein-bonds in our hair. This will not rebuild them, but it will resturure the bonds that you do have left.

I'm a pro at this. Find a protein conditioner, I use Motions critical protein conditioner, after washing your hair put the conditioner in and put a plastic cap on, sit under a hooded dryer for about 15 to 30 min. then rinse it out. This is called a deep condition. It conditions your hair and gets to the deepest parts of your hair follicles. This should be done about once every two weeks, you'll see a tremendous difference in your hair.

properly, regrettably there is no speedy fix, your hair's been damaged, all you should do it look forward to it to augment out. you could placed a toner/wash out color extreme in case you pick to conceal up the ginger, bypass for a mid brown semi everlasting dye, ideally a organic one as this received't reason any better damage. All you should do is cope including your now distressed hair with some mushy loving care, attempt to keep blow-drying and straightening to a unadorned minimum. purchase an wide repairing conditioner, absolutely everyone will do and comb by potential of freshly washed damp hair with a awesome toothed comb, then wrap a humid warmth towel round your hair and go away on for 0.5 an hour, this may help the conditioner to penetrate deep into the hair and make it look in better challenge. Olive oil is likewise extremely nourishing for the hair, you should do an similar as I purely defined yet with Olive oil in case you pick, you'll pick to shampoo some circumstances to make certain it is all rinsed out in spite of the indisputable fact that. even as my hair's been quite dry before I actual have left Conditioner on all nighttime and rinsed it out contained in the morning. If it is breaking off lots then purely attempt no longer to the contact it too a lot. good success and that i'm hoping you want my assistance :)

Organic Roots Stimulator makes a "Hair Mayonnaise" that (after shampooing) is left on the hair between 15 and 20 minutes. Rinse, blow dry and moisturize (part, use on scalp, then lightly on hair) with an Olive Oil or Tea Tree-Based product from the same company.
Good luck. =^)

i'm a cosmetologist, and no conditioner, or deep conditoner for that matter should damage your hair. it's a conditioner. the only way it could do that is if u over process your hair. by leaving the conditioner in longer than recommended. and definately if u do that and u have any chemical services like relaxers, curly perms, and even color. u should try Creame of Nature, Panteen Pro-v. or try any cholestrol, or protein treatment they work pretty well for me

The best I've ever found is plain old eggs and beer. The acid in both combined with the cholesterol in the eggs replenishes the hair just like one of those expense treatments. Just mix and apply, wait about 30 minutes, and rinse out. You can also try mayonaise (it has eggs) but that is much harder to rinse out.

I recommend RedKen All Soft heavy conditioner. You put it on after you shampoo, leave it in for 5 to 15 minutes, then rinse out. I use it once a month and it works VERY well. I've never found a better conditioner for my hair.

For me I have that nappy, curly Mexican hair and I would have to go to Jcpenny to get it done because it was just that bad. And the girl had to use Paul Mitchell for colored treated, and damaged hair. And that shampoo and conditioner worked miracles on my hair.
