if he likes you, he wont hold back.
try asking him aout again, just the two of you, his answer will be your answer.
if he's really into you. he will find the time, or cancel prior planns to see you.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
Just remember, take each moment like it will be the last. This I feel will be a good start for you in knowing. Good Luck!!!!!!!

I would say he does, but im not sure. Just ask him out and see if he will go out with you and then you will know if he likes you or not, Just remember you must love yourself and have a high self esteem before you can enter into a relationship. And if he doesnt like you so what you will like many other people, trust me. You need to learn how to have fun without having a boyfriend and find a hobby or something your good at and enjoy life and have fun your only young once! (i still have to learn this too)

I'm assuming you said "no" to his initial request for you to accompany him to the dance? Just give it some thought next time because most guys, including myself, NEVER ask a girl out twice. To do so is just an extremely pathetic move. Once a guy asks you out, and get a no, his feelings for you in that way usually change instantly.

Well he's either shy or he's just trying to see if you're truly 'into him' or not.
Play it cool and don't fawn all over him or he'll run away. No matter how old they are men want to 'feel' that they are running the show. Be warm and friendly....flirt with him but don't go overboard. If he's as into you as you are to him, then he'll make the next move. And if he isn't.....you've spared yourself the humiliation of making a fool of yourself over a guy.

Boys at that age are very shy, and sometimes need a direct, "will you go out on a date with me because I kinda like you" before they make "the 1st" move.

I bet he still likes you! If he's still flirting with you and all that then he definitely does!! Ask him out ALONE, without his or your friends!
