I think if your relationship isn't strong than it might not work out! I think at the beginning you may not take the relationship seriously but after awhile you need to straighten up and if you feel you still have needs that aren't being fulfilled than say bye to the girl because you are just hurting her and (unknowingly) yourself.

Monogamy, one man one woman, requires faithfulness, for among other reasons: I'll know the kid is mine (the man), I'll avoid dreadful diseases, I'll show my sense of responsibility (needed if that one man and woman are going to have kids).
Recognizing the problem that both men and women find it difficult if not impossible to remain faithful, some people have advocated a position called polygamy (one man, many women), such as the Muslims and the Mormons (did you know that polygamy was once legal in the US?). Other people have recently developed a different idea, call polyarmory--many loves, whereby faithfulness and responsibility are maintained, for the reason noted above, but the man and women have other, equally responsible, loves. In this case, faithfulness mean faithfulness to the women (not woman) or men (not man) that one loves. This solution, however, is troubled by the jealousy of immature men and women.
Maybe we weren't meant to be faithful to one man or one woman. Maybe marriage is an unnatural act, and faithfulness an unreasonable expectation.

You are probably still have an immature way of thinking. When you are in a relationship you should want to be faithful. Obvisouly, if you think it's hard to be faithful then you're not ready to be commited.

If it's hard to be faithful then you shouldn't be in a relationship.

It shouldn't be hard, but I guess some people think that it is...
Who knows why?
Maybe love scares them to the point of any means to escape from it or hide it...
Or maybe they're just jerks.
Dunno...
But if you find out, let me know

I agree with the people above. If you truly love a person, you only want to be with them and have no desire to be unfaithful.
