If you are not sure how to address anyone then Sir or Madam is always correct. If you want the governors address or office try looking in the phone book under government. They are usually the blue pages. Or on the web you can go to your government web site.

The state authorities internet website many were posting is an effective start up. It supplies an element for e mail and some community workplace addresses. i'd propose the e-mail version, it type of feels better in all probability to be considered that way. As for each and each and every of the haters on right here. Blow it out your #@$. the only change we are gonna have now is going even added down the crapper.

I'm going to go with the tried and true the Honorable Governor (insert name here) and then go on to "Dear Sir.....etc" Just be polite but clear, especially when dealing with politicians.

"Now look here your honorship!" Okay that's right from a 3 Stooges movie. But really.... Governor and "The Honorable" would interchange properly.
