I also wanna know if you could walk it?Couldnt you like take a string and tie it to the band around her foot and let her fly so she can get some fresh air?

Or can you put something around her foot like a small collar and leash or something!!

Never ever tie a string around a bird. They will never be happy and think that you are hurting them. They are very sensitive about their feet especially and wings. Best way for fresh air is outside aviary or just simply put the cage outside for couple of hours and monitor it because in apartments cats can come to your yard.
Teach her:
to talk or sing
play with new toys
create a area for her to investigate.
get new ladders and train her on them

i just got 2 parrakeets not too long ago. the guy at the pet store trimmed their wings so they dont fly away, supposed to be done once a year.
you can teach them to talk, sing, follow commands. they are very smart creatures.
remember that flying is their defense, so if you trim their wings keep them away from cats and dogs.

yuo can train it to not bite and get used to ppl, but you'll have to hold it, if you want it to have fresh air, you have to train it first, when it gets used to you, then you can bring it out and it won't fly away.once it's trained, you can put it on ur shoulder and it'll stand there.but make sure you trained it well enough before taking it out* when u train it, you might have to wear a glove if it bites & train it not to bite first

don't put a leash, that's all i'm telling you. I've tried it and my bird got loose off the string from it's foot and greatfully I cuaght it. So please don't try it unless u want to lose your precious bird.

I used to have a budgie to.,,and I would talk to him. Sentences may confuse the bird...so say one word...and keep repeating it...He will come around and start talking...I used to call mine pretty boy...and he started saying his name one day..Wa la!

you can teach her how to sing.. and talk.. also whistle..
