It's the Yahoo Springer segment. You never know what can happen in the future, and this is not something you want to have hanging over your head. What happens if the brother tries to "blackmail" you into sleeping with him again, or something else? Best to come clean on your own terms. You decided to sleep with his brother, so assume the consequences of your actions.

Dear, just promise yourself it will never happen again and DO NOT tell him......I know honesty is the best policy, but would you rather hurt him terribly because of a mistake that YOU made???? That is the worst!!! Think how you would feel if you caught him with someone else? You don't just kinda sleep with someone,that's like saying I'm a little bit pregnant. I sure hope you won't do it again. I'm not going to advise you to tell him or not,think about it and if you can live with your choice.
