First thing women notice is Height, then age, then facial features, then physical fitness. But that's not what they really want. Women mostly want a guy that is popular or "cool." Its called social status. People are thrilled when they get a date with someone that has higher social status, like a famous person, a rich person, someone with notoriety, or even a really good looking person. It could be any of those things. They all contribute to social status.

I think i notice the eyes and the personality first i mean the eyes can tell you a lot about a person and what they are feeling and the personality if he comes to me all loving and cute and sweet then i know that it is an act but if he just comes to me and he is real and just walks up and says hey i like u i know i aint perfect i can be a complete asshole but if u wanna take a chance with me i want u to know that i would like to date you that really impresses me i like the men that can be honest about who they are and not try to impress me with what they wear, what they have, or by being all macho.

I notice first on: eyes, hair and if he has accessories - love to see them in guys!
Attracts me: their sense of humor, knowledge/intellect and not being to "grown up" (meaning he can still be adventurous, imaginative and creative towards the world and doesn't say phrases like "I don't do that because I'm not a kid anymore")

The first thing I notice in a guy is his eyes.As for the attraction part I have to say compassion for others.

Every woman have her preference which is a complex thing as to what she see in a guy. I'm not of East Indian Decent and a lot of East Indian girls find me attractive.
I don't know what they see in me as i be myself and we get a long very well. Lots of other guys of my race want to chat those girls and they don't give them the light of day.

i notice the eyes and smile first. if he's really friendly then I pay attention to the things I find attractive-- good sense of humor, listens to you, interested in what you have to say, good conversation, etc.

Depends on the woman. Personally, I go for men with pretty eyes who are smart, but not arrogant. Also, not making sexual gestures/overtones before you get to know them- ie, I never saw the appeal of the weenie grab..

I notice their facial features first, particularly eyes and mouth.
One of the things that attracts me the most is modesty and a GREAT sense of humor. (sarcasm is my favorite) ;)
