Youll need a surgeon who will "sew" it back together. It happens sometimes and they don't know why.

my daughter had surgery when she was 8 and her scar has come open 3 x now. I've had 2 surgerys in the same area and never had any problems. Go figure! Some people just get lucky with it.

But see your primary Dr first so it doesn't get infected. And he/she will have to refer you to a surgeon.

It is possible it may be due to the procedure used to correct the problem. The cyst occurs within a sinus [like a tube]. Some providers may just open the sinus and drain the cyst. Another procedure is to literally take the top off the sinus keeping the bottom, [imagine a U, INSTEAD OF A O], allowing it to stay open and therefore not leaving an area that could again be clogged with various secretions common to that area, and reducing the chances of reinfection.

Take the cystto the doctor and let HIM make the opinion as what is needed!

Go to the doctor right away; that sounds serious
