If that is all you are worrying about, don't feel bad. Some people don't like their entire bodies! Tricep excercises do well for the upper arms. This includes one armed dumbbell presses behind the neck, pulley pushdowns on a tricep machine, and dips. Try any of these and your upper arms should firm up.

One way to fix thos flappy arms: push ups.

If you are not in enough shape to do them from the floor up, there's an alternative for you put your weight against a wall with your arms. Just put your feet together slightly behind the rest of your body, so you are not standing but putting all your weight on your arms, like \, with your chest close to the wall.

Then push yourself away from the wall, and back again. Believe me you feel it working. I read it on a magazine a couple of years ago and have never forgotten about it.

Lifting a small weight and doing some biceps curls would help tone them up. It sounds like you have a nice body. Everyone has something about themsleves they would like to change. No one is perfect-but if yuo want to tone up your arms a little weight lifting goes a long way.
