Well..try giving him wet food..if the next day he does nothing, then you must take him to the vet so he can remove the fecal matter, or supply you with products to give him.

If your cat was dehydrated, the red blood cell count would be high, not low. If the RBC count was below normal limits, you may want to insist that your vet speak to you more, because such a thing can indicate early onset of some nasty neoplastic (cancerous) and autoimmune disease. If you want to try home treatment, the only thing you can do is hope that he was OVERhydrated, causing his RBC count to be low (very unlikely) and take a stab in the dark at the most simple of things that could be causing his problem - hairballs. However, he has already been given an enema and SC fluids, which is the usual treatment for lodged hairballs. This means there's not much more you can do at home, except give him laxatives and pray that that's his only problem. The point is, your cat has a problem, and he's going to die from it if a) you don't crack open your wallet and let your vet figure out what it is, or b) he somehow manages to overcome it (if it's something that can be overcome) without further treatment or diagnostics.

If you are concerned that your cat is constipated, you should get him to his vet. Especially if he is not eating. Any lack of appetite in a cat should be taken seriously. There really aren't that many options for treating constipation at home. There is also the chance that your cat may have been eating less than you thought, and he has not defecated because he doesn't have to. Go to the vet, and find out what's going on. If he is constipated, then they can get you started with the correct treatment. If not, then you may find out what else you should address.
Good luck!

Take him to the vet he may have worms!!!
Mine had this problems not long ago I thought he was constipated but the vet said he had worms he was treated and then he came home with me. I thought it was weird that he got worms since he never goes outside but the vet said that cats can get worms by eating bugs, he is fine now.
So please take him to the vet!! It could be a lot more serious then worms!!

Not good - you need to see a vet. The vet will probably give him an enema - not really sure you can give an at-home enema to a cat (would be very difficult). Plus, there could be other things going on. I am pretty sure they can go into kidney failure if not eating for extended periods of time - though it is good that he is drinking. I wouldn't wait too long to get him in!!!
