Yes. In the book of Lewinskians (in chaper 69 I believe), it says that you will most certainly go straight to hell for that.
So, if I were you- I'd just have fun for now- while I had the chance prior to my one way ticket to Hellville.
I heard that hell can be- well...
simply put-
HELL.
Enjoy....

This is a question that has had split answers ever since it was first posed.
While the bible has never mentioned self-stimulation directly, there are several verses that can be applied to it.
When jesus talks about adultery, he says that even thinking lustfully about a woman who is not your wife is commiting adultery.
But then of course there is "All things are permissible, but not all things are benificial." In some cases you may find that the overwhelming sexual tension is causing you to be unable to do God's work. In this case it might br good to do.
So I will answer this way, don't feel too guilty about it. 99% of surveyed teenagers will admit to masterbating, and 1% will lie. It is not necessarily bad on it's own, but it can become addictive and can lead to adultery.
If you feel it is bad then don't, if you don't then do it when you have to, just don't let it get between you and God.
The praying thing is definitely good. You should pray every time your brain gets a free second to do it.
As for going to church, It will not affect salvation, but it can be a place to recharge spiritually, learn more about God etc... It is not necessary, but it is useful and you should consider starting to go again. I personally didn't appreciate the benifits of church until I was like 16, and even then I didn't start wanting to go every week for a long time. If you find the services boring, consider using a pewback pen and a bulletin and doodle while LISTENING to the service. If your family goes to one of those churches that only caters to old fogies, consider looking for a church that meets your spiritual needs.

Wow I feel old, but anyways.... You should only go to church if you feel in your heart you want a relationship with God. I'll bet you anything that 95% of the people at your church do "a guy thing" (well except for the ones doing "a woman thing"). Yes it is giving into your flesh so I suppose it could be considered a sin however with God's love in your life He will forgive you if that's what you are worried about. Keep praying. Maybe one day you will feel a tug at your heart to go back to church. Just don't ever forget Him.

How do YOU feel about it? If it makes you feel bad afterwards, then don't do it. Also, you need to go to church and socialize with other God-fearing people. This will help you be less filth and shame based.
Technically the bible says that it is a sin to "waste"semen on the ground", but guys have so much of it and it is certainly better than jacking off inside a girl you have no feelings for.

There is no sin in masturbation, especially if it keeps you from being a moody, pain-in-the-butt teenager. As far as the church thing, well, the Bible wants you to go. If you're burnt out on it, maybe you could try to get involved with the church in a way that you haven't tried. Instead of youth group, you could try choir, as an example. Good luck!

Doing that "guy thing" is a sin anyway. Not going to church is not a sin. You can have church anywhere in the world. Just skip that "guy thing" and pray.

It is not a sin not to go to church
Jesus had no church he preached in the valley's and in the fields out in the open under the eye's of GOD.
And about masturbation that is normal for any male and not a sin.
And a good remedy to relieve stress and headache's

Yes. It's a sin. Because you are fornicating. You obviously have thoughts of women that you have sex with when you are masturbating. Christ says that you can sin even in your thoughts.
Prov 28:13
(http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=24&chapter=28&verse=13&version=31&context=verse)
says that you will be blessed if you confess your sins AND FORSAKE them. It's no use confessing and returning to the same ting daily, making no effort to overcome. Be careful that masturbation doesn't get the best of you (ie it becomes your master, you become addicted to it). Work hard so that you may conquer.

What ever you are convicted of is a sin to you.
There are universal sins, but all have personal convictions that may not be a sin to someone else.
Paul taught us this about eating meat that is sacrificed to idols.
It bothered some, but not others. He said that if you eat with a clean conscience, then to you no sin. If you eat with a guilty conscience, to you a sin. He went on to say that if you are o.k. with eating it, but your brother in Christ is not o.k. with eating it, then you shouldn't eat it either, lest you make your brother fall by him eating it and thinking it is wrong.
We are not to flaunt our freedoms in Christ at the expence of others. Soon it will get back to us.
So what ever you do, if you are convicted by the Holy Ghost, to you it is a sin.
Now dint think that if you think it is o.k. to rape and murder, think again, God will not be mocked.
We know where we stand with him and it is only by his mercy and the Blood of Jesus that we are able to speak with him anyway.
What you are doing at your age is pretty hormonal. Jesus is just, if you belong to him, ask for forgiveness, he will give it.
Remember how many times he said you are to forgive you r brother who sins against you? He does the same.
Be at peace in Jesus name.
Matthew 28:19 = Acts 2:38,39
Believe it!
