Pull over, tell your friend he can use your car after he takes the old lady to the hospital, then join the girl at the bus stop. See her to her home, then ask if you can help each other get those wet things off.

I don't have a girl of my dreams, because I am a girls. I think my friend would understand the urgency of getting the old lady medical attention. So I'd take the old lady.
