If you are comfortable, tell him once in front of witnesses that you do not want him coming to your house, calling, staring, or whatever other behaviors you are seeing that are stalking.

If that doesn't work or you are scared to confront him, go to the courthouse and file a restraining order.

Girl go the courthouse and file a restraint. Then go and take some self defense classes, practice tae bo/kick boxing and purchase a metal baseball bat and a loud whistle. Don't forget to change your locks all of them and put an extra chain on the door. Alert your neighbors and people on your job that you two are no longer together. Find another man if you want too but be prepared to whip his @ss until he is half dead if he mess with you.

Well if things are getting really bad, i'm going to advise u to take legal action if it's been going on for some time now. As a fellow stalk-ee and girl, you're safety is SO important. He's just really stupid for not letting go. My biggest advice to u is to stay safe, and away from him.
Good luck :)

you've got potentially a real bad problem. if the word hasn't sunk in, try the courts. get a legal restraining order. this seems rather shallow, however, if you have a cease & desist order you're ex can not come within a certain range of you, limits his/her proximity to where you live & work. i can't tell you how many men & women have been hurt (or worse) with their clueless exes. when a romance is done, it's done. obsession is dangerous. protect yourself ASAP!

If you have clearly told your ex that you will not see them again then you may have to contact the police. I guess it depends on if what he is doing is dangerous to you or people you know. If he is just being bothersome they are probably not going to do much about it. Hopefully as time passes your ex will leave you alone. I wish you the best of luck.

Go psycho back on him/her. Restraining order. Move, change jobs, schools, local hangouts, tell friends not to give any information, If you have mutual friends, cut off ties, even if you like those people. Sometimes friends think they are helping by trying to put the two of you back together, but they can actually make it worse than ever before.

get a restraining order , they last 3 months and then after that if he still bothers you , you can go back to court and get a permanent one. the whole deal of a restraining order is that if they come within so many feet of you they get arrested. good luck.

it depends. is he getting in your face and hounding you? does he make you feel scared? have you made it clear that he is to leave you alone? if he still hounds you after you make it clear that he is to leave you alone, make him an ultimatum. either back off or go to jail. if that hasnt given him the hint, give him no chances. call the law
