I weigh 118 lbs, im 5 feet 3 in and im a girl my doctor told me that i could lose 10 lbs so i guess i should so im thinking if i cut back my diet to just 1500 calories and do 1 mile on the treadmill a mile and a half-2 miles on the ellitical and 2 miles on one of those bike thingies at the gym and then do 100 crunches daily when should i start seeing results(not like lbs drops or anything but slimming of the waist and so on)

im able to do all this because i do track and cross country and thats my training the only real difference that im making is the situps and the dieting
