Yet she wants him to change one thing : She wants him to be less shy than he is.
Being shy was always how my friends gotten attention from girls.
They love each other..
But I don't think she should be asking him to change if she really loves him...

she should love him for who he is, if she wants him to b less shy, she should earn it, and try to get him that way with a couple of "treatments". j/k, she shouldnt want him to change if she loves him.

To be honest with you, things change when you are in love. I'm not in love, but I made a promise to my lady that I will stop smoking. I love smoking (not that I do it a lot). In your homie's situation, do if she has made or will make changes for him. there has to be equality in both. In relationships, sacrifices are always going to come. But usually when your in love, there shouldn't be any changes in either's personality. It's not your homie's fault that he attracts the ladies with his bashfullness. That is a natural trait of him. My lady attracts many guys because she has a different personality. I am a guy, and no girl like any guy, should deprive their mate from anything. I wish the best to your homie.

You've got to understand that she's just trying to get him to loosen up with her and not be so shy with her. When you're in a relationship and you're shy with the person you're with, it's not gonna work out. So understand that from a shy persons point of view.

You should not have an opinion, just listen when he confides in you and ask stuff like "waht are you going to do?" Let him figure it out himself. The only thing you should get involved in is if he tells you he's not using contraception, then just kick his *** and call him an idiot, and mock him and mention child support at every opportunity.

She may be embarrassed to be around with him because he is so shy. And maybe because she loves him so much she is trying to help instead of dumping him.

i think you cant expect others to change but you might have to change yourself. if you keep reling on others to change you'll end up dissapionted.
that and he'll change if he wants to, and being shy isnt bad, just modest.
