You could go to the True Temper Black Gold shafts. They are all frequency matched and they are supposed to be the best steel shaft out on the market.

How do you know you need stiff flex shafts? Swing speed?
The shaft is like everything else in your bag, you need to find what you like and feel comfortable with. some true tempers are good (sensicore, black gold) and some rifles are good (flighted, project x) Price will be a factor also some steel shafts are 3 times as much as others

Depending on what your clubs are, it may be more reasonable to just buy a new set of irons with steel shafts. However if you wish to keep your current irons, then True Temper are the best way to go.

to tell you the truth it may not be worth it to re-shaft your clubs. you may end up pay just as much for new shafts that you would for a new set of irons. if i were you i would look into price for new club with a stiff flex and the price of shaffs.
