Hi! Well, that depends on the size of the client...the drug dose is based on how much they weigh. So, in order to figure it out you would have to take their weight in Kilograms and multiply it by 3 (the number of times a day it is given). You need to give pt. 25 mg. 3 times a day. Which is 75 mg. total for the whole day. TID= 3 times a day.
