As a diabetic it is FAR better to drink diet soda than sugar soda. It is true that your taste buds tell your brain that something sweet is in your mouth regardless of whether it is real or fake sweetener, but what is important as a diabetic is the effect that the soda has on your blood sugar. Diet soda has little effect on your blood sugar at all, whereas the massive amounts of high fructose corn syrup in regular soda cause your blood sugar to skyrocket.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I would avoid anything with aspartame in it...not a fan at all of it...I would sooner have a third of the real stuff than anything loaded with substitutes. One thing about being diabetic....you will realize that there are some things you just can't have for the sake of your kidneys. Too many Diabetics have the thinking that they can just take more meds and eat what they want...this is not the case. See a Dietician and let her know what you like to eat and perhaps she can find you healthy alternatives.. Good Luck

That must be the the drink for diabetics, because all of my diabetic friends and family members drink diet cokes, and other diet colas, diet Dr.Peppers etc, but please ask your Dr, first or for whomever you`re concerned about to be sure because what applies to some diabetics probably won`t always apply to all, because I hear there different types of diabetes.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

No... Anything in moderation is okay, anything. i am a diabetic nurse, and want you to know that each diabetic patient is different, weight, height, hemoglobin A1c, daily blood sugars.
Moderation is the key to life... and good health. Diabetes can be a killer disease, eat well, drink water, enjoy carbonated waters, they can be great and grow on you, and exercise.
Good luck!
