ok i asked a guy friend/coworker out to go see pirates of the caribean this comin saturday, and i was like i will buy the tickets and u pay me back, he was like ok i guess- and he said i can totally pick u up and all

well then later i also called one of his buds and he was like u too should go i don't want to go.
just have fun with him and all.

so is thiz a date ??? or NO? he is 24 and i am 18 if that helps at all?

You asked him out, it's a date. Girls can ask guys out!!! Duh, make sure that you're cute and you have on some nice perfume. ;-)

Well, you invited him, but he's picking you up and paying you back for the cost of the ticket, is that right?

I guess it *could* be called a date, but, as a date, it's pretty lame.

By the way, I didn't understand the part about his buddy.

i guess that depends on the stuff u said and did on the date I.E hold hangs flirt blah blah but going to the movies with a co worker is not a date unless u like him and he likes u and u both tought it was a date ask him lol i know its hard but thing abou what went on during the date and how his body language responded to yours :) good luck ps great movie

well #1 when u ask someone to go out and offer to pay then pay or if you ask a coworker out to go it is your treat then dont slide the "you can pay me back " as they dint ask in the `1st place.. when u ask ur inviting them.. and yea it is a date.. doesn't mean romantic but an appointment with someone somewhere is technically an enagement or a date. .can be a girl or guy it is considered one. age dont mean anything here.. your adults..
