Better than both of those is a one hour jog. Walking is ok but you need to do it for a long period of time to burn the calories. Step is OK if you like it. Boxing is brilliant stuff as is spin classes. If you live near a beach run along the sand this is fabulous nothing burns more fat than this.

its not how much you sweat. in the long run its how you use the muscle. i do yoga and its stress free and i dont break out in a sweat yet i still get a good work out and i also walk. there are some great ideas in this article on workouts

If your goal is to burn calories, step workouts are very effective. Walking briskly is an excellent way to exercise. Walking benefits your whole body. It is good to walk fast as you comfortably can and then walk slow for a while and then fast again. Walk slow to cool down before you stop.

on an same time as doing brisk walk discuss brisk walk yet not on the girls for the time of you. surely one female will be there to get excitement from you and may want to marry you at a suitable time. concentration on the themes that you're on the on the spot doing i.e. study/wellbeing/interest etc.,

If you sweat more on the step workout then I'd say that one, the more sweat - the better! haha
