It's great that you catch yourself and count to 10.
I'm assuming its anger... and if it is... rather than just counting to 10, you should analyze WHY you're so angry.
Do you feel slighted? Attacked? Put down? Hurt?
Its obvious when you're angry... answering with more information WHY you're angry is the important thing. Discovering why it makes you feel that way will help you understand it... and the more you understand it and recognize it... the easier it will be to manage your anger.
BLAH BLAH BLAH
"Look, I'm getting pretty pissed off. I've asked you an innocent question and I'm feeling attacked, ignored, etc etc etc."
It is a non-aggressive way of letting them know how you feel, while not escalating the situation. It will give them a change to resopnd... Now just because you take the high road does not mean that the other 1/2 will.

with ur temper? just find like a stress ball and start squzzing. it really helps. or u can go to someone and ask for anger manegment pills...tho they make u VERY cold. anyway just do some running or something to get ur mind off of everything. try meditation.

do some push ups. not only do u get the anger out but u get some of the greatest pecks for the summer.
