Yes, I started my child in private school. I wish I had left her there. They end up way a head of the other schools. They have smaller groups to deal with and that makes it easier for more one on one for the child. When we took our child out of the private school she was way a head of the children in her class and she was bored for two years while the others caught up.

Do you include Catholic schools or just private ones? Private ones, I'm not sure and if their boarding, no. But definitely Catholic school. I want my kid to have the best education. I wouldn't send my dog to some city public schools and I know because I taught there.

Yes I would but they are so expensive. My son has had a couple of schools contact him to their open house. He is smart but I think he could be/do even more in a private school. I do not care for this "No Child Left Behind" rule/law. If you aren't applying yourself then you should flunk. Why burden the others who are trying to learn?

I prefer homeschooling over any school.Some private schools cost a bit much.The best advice I can give to you is to ask around and look into the background of the school or schools you are thinking about.Do not be scared to call the school and ask to have a tour before you decide.
