They are not even 100% sure what he had. They think it was Proteus syndrome, and there is still no cure!!!!!!!
Getting laid could be tricky!!!!!! I am not sure of the "extent" of the deformity in the lower "area"!!!!!!!!!!
Michael Jackson was MARRIED twice.....i don't think he ever got laid though!!!!! I think if any of those kids are his...a turkey baster was involved!!!!!!!!!

If Joseph were alive today, he would have better medical help... but no, I don't think he would be cured. Rather, I think he would be asked to participate in experiments to find the cure.
And as for if he can get laid... why not? Michael Jackson got married twice.

He would definitely be able to get laid - look at those freaks on Maury Povich that test 11 guys for paternity results, come on. ANYONE can get laid these days.
I think he would be greatly helped by modern cosmetic surgery, but I'm not a doctor/medical expert so I wouldn't know.
