Try to avoid those people as much as possible and surround yourself with people that make you laugh. The reason those people are making fun of you is because they are jealous of you in some way or another.

What he's doing is abuse. It probably means that he's being abused. Talk with an adult you trust. Someone needs to call a halt to what he's doing. Remember, it's not YOU. You have my sympathy. Been where you are and it is not fun.

Ignore the person completely. Not acknowledging that somebody exists is a blow to their ego.
If the person physically assaults you, report it to the authorities (parents, teachers, police.)
