I don't understand the cultural obsession fo this word. It's easily one of the most overused words. Do people use the word to demonstrate that they know its meaning? How annoying!

It's, like, not random when people, like, use the word random, 'cuz, like, random means, like, random which shouldn't be used, like, on purpose. random.

i love saying "well that was random" but it can get annoyig when people r random not when people say random

This is a stretched conclusion.
People don't use 'Random' that often as made out to be.
Instead, modern girls use 'like' as a pause in their speech.
Some use, 'you know' quite often when they speak & not when they write.
It is all to make the speech with 'breaks' or pauses' look like a continuous one. Space-Fillers! No dfinite meaning or need for them!.
